Keep Blur not working

How do i get rid of the persistent blur on a site?

even after clearing all blur area and saving, it keeps showing

To permanently remove blur, click on "Keep Blur" and then click on "Clear All". Simply clicking on "Clear All" without enabling "Keep Blur" will not permanently remove the blur.
